Are you joining us at the face-to-face event at Escape Studios? You will have an opportunity to meet and network with speakers, artists, recruiters, talent managers and other attendees. Also, you will be able to visit our facilities.
Founded by George Lucas, Industrial Light & Magic is the leading effects facility in the world, with studios located in San Francisco, Singapore, Vancouver, London, and Sydney. The company serves the motion picture, television, streaming, commercial production, and attraction industries. Industrial Light & Magic has created visual effects for over 350 feature films. In this session you will have a chance to hear from Industrial Light & Magic's team about their own journey into the industry.
During lunch you will have a chance to meet artists, speakers, visit our studios, and meet the Escape Studios team. Please note that lunch is not provided. As we are based in central London, there are plenty of places to choose from in the local area.
You will hear an invaluable advice from industry professionals representing a range of roles and experience. This session will help you navigate the various disciplines, as our panelists will discuss a range of topics and share their top tips about how to get started in the VFX, Animation and Games.

Yes, we offer face-to-face group tickets for schools and colleges. Please note that face-to-face tickets are booked on a first come, first served basis. Due to limited space, we offer max. 15 tickets per institution.
For an online event we recommend booking tickets individually to receive the joining link.
After registration you will receive an e-ticket as proof of your booking.
Face-to-face: Attendees joining face-to-face will need to bring confirmation of the ticket (digital or printed version) to the festival venue on the day for check in.

Yes, the festival is hosted as a hybrid event. Most of our speakers will be joining us at Escape Studios to deliver their sessions. Attendees at the face-to-face events will have an opportunity to network with speakers, artists, recruiters and other attendees during dedicated sessions (and between scheduled presentations).
